is a feral cat? It is a wild cat. It is really a cat that was born wild
but some people call pet cats that have gone wild feral as well. That's
what I used to be.
Why are feral cats a problem? Because they catch diseases and pass them on to pets or humans and because they breed and produce more feral kittens. Some humans like to help us feral cats. They catch us and get us spayed and neutered. They try and find homes for those of us who can adapt to living with people and they feed and vaccinate those of us who prefer to live wild.
